Board: Dec 14

A board meeting of the Wekiva Golf Villas Homeowners’ Association took place on December 14, 2010, at the WGVHA pool on Albrighton, Longwood, Florida.

Steve Tretter, President, called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm. Also in attendance were Elaine Curran, Andy Williams, John Ewseychik and Shawn Fourez.

The board reviews the minutes from the November 11, 2010 meeting as presented by Mr. Williams. Mr. Ewseychik moves to approve the minutes which is seconded by Ms. Curran. All board members accept.

Mr. Fourez presents additional information gathered from vendors RLC and Carol King. Mr. Fourez will gather some additional detail and a final decision regarding the selection of a vendor will be made during the dormant season.

The board discusses the current contract with Dobsons once again. Ms. Curran moves to cancel the contract with Dobsons. Mr. Fourez seconds the motion which is agreed to unanimously. Mr. Fourez agrees to communicate the cancellation to the vendor.

Mr. Tretter will gather quotes for minor roof repair, concrete for drive apron, repair of pool tile, re-surfacing, and pavers.

The meeting is adjourned at 8:15 pm.
