BOARD MEETING MINUTES
WEKIVA GOLF VILLAS HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION
NOVEMBER 27, 2019

A board meeting of the Wekiva Golf Villas Homeowners’ Association was held on November 27, 2019 at the Wekiva Golf Villas Community Pool in Longwood, Florida. 

John Ewseychik has resigned his position as Board President.  Therefore, Steve Tretter called the meeting to order at 7:06 p.m.  Also present at the meeting were Larry Skinner, John Carter, Ken Krause and Rebecca Warwick; a quorum was achieved.

Agenda for the evening was to finalize and adopt budget for 2020 and address any other matters as necessary and pending before the board.  

Treasurer’s Report:  $37,435.13 in bank account as of 10/30/2019; improvements not completed in 2019 will roll over into 2020.  One homeowner has been turned over to the attorney for collections of 2019 annual dues.  Total outstanding dues at this time are $455.00.  Insurance expenses increased by approximately $60.00 annually.  Proposed expenses for 2020 should be amended as follows: (1) increase exterior lighting expenses to $350.00; (2) increase roofing expenses to $2,500.00; and (3) add expenses of $800.00 to change registered keys. 

Steve moves for an approval of the budget with revisions noted above.  Rebecca seconds.  All members in favor; motion carries.

It is agreed that Everlasting Image is the preferred vendor after meeting with several various vendors for fertilizer and pest control.  Likewise, it is agreed that Two Girls & A Mop will be providing cleaning service.  It is agreed that Steve will contact the vendors to begin service.  

With John E.’s resignation as President, Larry moves to appoint Steve Tretter as acting president through the remainder of the term.  Rebecca seconds.  All in favor; motion carries. 

There are no other new or pending matters.
