Treasurer’s Report for Calendar Year 2019

The Assessments were changed to $440 annually.

The pool was resurfaced, the beam replaced and gutter resurfaced at cost of $21,743. It made a significant difference in the appearance of the pool.

The Board continued to focus on control of operating costs and maintaining the value and safety of our pool and common area as evidenced by the reduction in the Assessments.

Collections were good with only one owner being referred to Wean & Malchow, PA and only $382 of expense incurred. These fees will be collected from the owner.

The Association has the required insurance coverage. Cost $6,031.00.

The Association had a net gain in 2019. The 2019 Financial Statement will be prepared by the Association’s accountant and will be available upon request.
