Meeting Minutes from June 17, 2021 WGVHOA Board Meeting

Place: WGVHOA Community Pool @ 203 Albrighton Ct. Longwood, Fl. 32779

Notice was posted Tue, 6 /15 stating that: “WGVHOA Board Meeting 6 / 17 / 21 at 6:30 pm All Members are welcome to attend” 

When: June 17, 2021 at 6:30 pm

Agenda: Discuss the need to increase the Kaba Peaks pool key replacement cost.

Attendees: Steve Tretter, Larry Skinner, Kenneth Krause, Wendy Kief. Meeting called to order at 6:32 pm with a quorum of Board Members is present.

Steve indicated that the Kaba Peaks security key replacements on our last purchase cost increased over 50% from Armstrong Lock & Security, the exclusive Kaba Peaks distributor.  Besides replacement keys increasing, the other Kaba Peaks lock parts have increases in addition to their service / labor fees (when necessary).  

So Steve is requesting the Board approve increasing replacement key cost by 50% to $75.
Board Members unanimously agreed to the $75. replacement cost.

Steve made motion. Ken seconded motion.

Other issues. Mens bathroom supply tank leaking. Steve took it upon himself to repair the plumbing.  Thanks Steve !

We discussed the need to procure another skimmer net. The last skimmer net went missing, so we discussed replacing it.
