Assessments

The Board of Directors of WGV Homeowners’ Association at the July 6, 2023 Board Meeting approved the following Assessment to be used exclusively to promote the recreation, health, safety, and welfare of the residents in the Properties and for the improvement and maintenance of the Common Area.

For the period July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, Assessment is $435.00 per Member Lot, due July 1, 2023.
Invoices are mailed 30 days in advance of the due date.
A Late Fee of $25.00 applies to payments received 30 days after the due date. Payments overdue 30 days or more after the due date will be referred for collection to WGV Homeowners’ Association attorney with all applicable legal fees and expenses billed to the member.
