Overview

Wekiva Golf Villas is one of ten sub-associations within Wekiva Hunt Club Community Association. Established in 1981 this residential development is comprised of fifty-six Lots for single-family homes of which thirty Lots are listed in the founding Articles of Incorporation as Members of WGV Homeowners’ Association. Over time a further nineteen Lots became Members through a formal process of executing and recording a “Joinder” with Seminole County Court. Consequentially WGV sub-association now has forty-nine Lots that are Members of WGV Homeowners’ Association. Seven Lots are non-Members and do not have access to the community pool and facilities, pavilion and picnic area, nor do they enjoy the support and coverage afforded under WGV Articles and Bylaws.

Albrighton Ct. : 15 Lots (plus common area community pool Lot 41A owned by WGV Homeowners’ Association).
W. York Ct. : 29 Lots, of which 4 are non-members.
W. Wyndham Ct. : 12 Lots, of which 3 are non-members.
