Greg Clifford informs board that the issues previously raised by Tower Hill/Hillcrest insurance company have been resolved. The insurance company was informed that sidewalk damage is the responsibility of Seminole County. Mr. Clifford along with Steve Tretter, vice president, adjusted gravel levels and installed new electric outlets as suggested by insurance company. Mr. Clifford received verbal acknowledgment from insurance company that these actions should suffice, and will request an official response in writing per the suggestion of Ms. Curran.

It is discussed that members have provided feedback regarding the poor condition of the pool chairs. Steve Tretter and Greg Clifford will contact vendors to get quotes to restrap the chairs. The board discusses the opportunity to extend the fenced in area near the pool by relocating the current fence. All agree that this is a low priority considering the potential cost; however quotes for this project will be obtained so that full consideration can be given.
Andy Williams will order new pool keys to have on hand for replacement requests.
