Board: Feb 16

A board meeting of the Wekiva Golf Villas Homeowners’ Association took place on February 16, 2010, at the WGVHA pool on Albrighton, Longwood, Florida.

Andy Williams, Secretary, called the meeting to order at 7:10 pm. Also in attendance were Elaine Curran, Steve Tretter, John Ewseychik and Shawn Fourez.

Elaine Curran, Treasurer, made a motion to name Steve Tretter President of the association. Mr. Tretter accepted the nomination. Shawn Fourez seconded the motion which was approved unanimously.

Elaine Curran, Treasurer, made a motion to name Shawn Fourez Vice President of the association. Mr. Fourez accepted the nomination. Steve Tretter seconded the motion which was approved unanimously.

John Ewseychik made a recommendation to rebid our landscaping work. The board agrees. Mr. Ewseychik will provide the names of several vendors to Steve Tretter. Mr. Tretter will arrange a meeting with three plus potential vendors and request bids for work after conducting a tour of the grounds and explaining requirements.

Andy Williams moved to approve the minutes from the December 17, 2009 board budget. Steve seconds the motion which is approved unanimously.

Andy Williams informs board that he will file the annual report with the State of Florida with updated officer information included.

The meeting is adjourned at 7:44 pm.
