BOARD MEETING MINUTES
WEKIVA GOLF VILLAS HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION
August 9, 2011

A board meeting of the Wekiva Golf Villas Homeowners’ Association took place on August 9, 2011, at the WGVHA community pool.

Steve Tretter, President, called the meeting to order at 7:37pm. Also in attendance were Elaine Curran, Andy Williams, John Ewseychik and Shawn Fourez.

After recognizing the nominations received at the previous Annual Meeting, Mr. Williams makes a motion for Mr. Steve Tretter to serve another year as President of WGVHA. Ms. Curran seconds the motion which is approved unanimously.

Mr. Tretter and Mr. Ewseychik present quotes received from various vendors for resurfacing the pool area. Below is a brief breakdown of which potential vendors provided quotes. It is important to note that not all quotes are consistent regarding square footage and inclusion of certain necessary services.

CDS – acrylic and pavers bid
Thieson – acrylic and pavers bid
Classic – acrylic only
Paver King – acrylic only

Mr. Tretter and Mr. Ewseychik agree to request revised proposals to show accurate square footage and to include full tile replacement. The Board also agrees to evaluate work completed by some of the potential vendors. It is stated that the target for beginning any such improvement project would be in the month of October.

Mr. Fourez agrees to put together a worksheet showing current reserves and projections for what impact certain expenses could have on the current amount in savings. This will help the Board to make a smart financial decision regarding budget for this and future projects.

The meeting is adjourned at 8:30 pm.
