Transitioned into annual dues in 2019, lessening burden of treasurer and secretary with billing and collections. Pool resurfacing was done this past year, at an approximate investment of $24,000. Will work with master Wekiva Hunt Club Homeowners Association to address installation, as master HOA responsible for exterior of wall along this property. Will also explore a re-key of the gate lock with redistribution of new keys to all homeowners at an estimated cost of $800.
