Board: May 17

Minutes to Pre Budget Meeting May 17, 2022.

Meeting began at 7:05 with Board Members Present: Steve Tretter, Wendy Kief, Larry Skinner, Patrice Burke, and Kenneth Krause.

First item on Agenda was to review and approve past minutes of previous meetings. Wendy read una­pproved minutes from website for 8/12/20 meeting which were verified. All board members unanimously approved accuracy of minutes.

Meeting 9/28/2021 was reviewed and unanimously approved by all Board Members with 1 amendment. Change dates July 1, through June 30.

Corrections to 1/17/2022 Annual unapproved minutes.

Add “Budget was passed for 7/21/2021 – 6/20/2022.

Add “Larry Skinner volunteered to continue being a Board Member instead of “nominated”

Organizational Meeting held on 1/17/2022 @ 7:02 pm. Board Members agreed removing “a quorum is achieved” from minutes.

Change misspelled word “concert” with “Concrete”. Board members unanimously approved Organizational Meeting held on 1/17/2022 minutes including changes.

We discussed the occurrence of water leaks that may need to be addressed. Larry provided handouts which showed estimates from a company that investigates water leakage. “Florida Leak Locators” 

We discussed 2022-2023 budget. Larry’s projected expenses for the pool and associated property of $5,129. This estimate was revised due to fuel increases, causing contractors to charge more. Postage has increased and projected to cost more in future.

A new sign compliant with the Board of Health must be posted indicating maximum number of people allowed in pool area.

We discussed preventive maintenance regarding mildew under pavilion, trim on pump house, additional coating on new driveway apron.

Steve motioned to adjourn meeting and Ken seconded the motion. Meeting was adjourned at 8:30 pm
