Support Services

Landscape services are performed by Everlasting Image, Inc., a Deltona-based landscaping contract company specializing in maintaining HOA communities and local businesses. Services include weekly grass cutting, edging, trimming, debris removal, and periodic chemical lawn spraying.

Pool cleaning and equipment maintenance is performed by Barry Winn of Winn’s Pool Service, Inc. of Lake Mary, usually on Tuesday and Friday mornings. General cleaning of restroom facilities, patio and pool-side chairs and tables, is performed by 2 Girls and A Mop, LLC, a locally-based small business.

Utilities: Electricity is supplied by Duke Energy. Water & Sewerage by Utilities, Inc.

INSURANCE: Hillcrest Insurance Agency of Mount Dora — insurance broker for liability and property damage cover and D&O cover currently placed with Tower Hill Insurance Group under Claredon America.
ATTORNEY: Wean & Malchow, P.A., 646 East Colonial Dr., Orlando — legal counsel providing oversight of annual meetings and miscellaneous legal requirements.
ACCOUNTANT: DC & ASSOCIATES, P.A., David C. Crowder, 820 Lake Kathryn Circle, Casselberry, FL 32707 — tax returns and financial statements.
BANKING: Regions Bank, 125 Wekiva Springs Rd., Longwood — Certificates of Deposit, checking and money market accounts.

SECURITY: Seminole County Sheriff’s Office—South Region Altamonte Springs Office responsible for Wekiva area, located at 120 W. Pineview St., Altamonte Springs, FL 32714, which is off Douglas half way between SR436 and SR434. Please call the Seminole Sheriff Dispatch at (407) 665-6650 to report any sign of suspicious activity. Call 911 for emergencies.
HEALTH & SAFETY: Dept of Health — pool inspection and operating permit:

VENDORS: Whenever feasible and practicable the Board solicits multiple bids and selects the best value. Vendors must provide proof of a current and valid Certificate of Liability Insurance showing Wekiva Golf Villas Homeowners’ Association as an additional insured with 30 days notice of cancellation, current occupational business licenses, state license where applicable and workman’s comprehensive insurance.
